Bryan Firks is a Los Angeles-based writer, director, and LEGO artist who is currently a writer on the show DUNE: PROPHECY on HBO. He started out telling stories with LEGO bricks, which led him to be a contestant on LEGO Masters Season 2 on FOX.
Bryan’s latest sci-fi screenplay recently placed in the Academy’s Nicholl Fellowship, and ranked as one of the top 3 sci-fi scripts on Coverfly’s Red List. His sci-fi and fantasy short films have been featured on Virgin Airlines and in major genre festivals including the Boston Sci-Fi Festival.
As a LEGO artist, he has created custom sculptures and commissions for brands like Netflix, Adobe, and Johnson & Johnson, and his work has been displayed at certified LEGO stores and at the LEGO House in Billund, Denmark. He’s excited to keep building.
