This is a 50% deposit only for a custom build of a mansion on a cliff inspired by “Ragged Edge.” The model will be approximately 6” x 6”. Deliverables for deposit:

• Images of build design for feedback and approval.

Once approved, I will get started on the PDF instructions and packing the set, and will send another link for the remainder plus shipping when it’s ready.
