This is a 50% deposit only for a small custom build of Memorial Continental Hall (approximately 6” x 4” base). Deliverables for deposit:

• Images of build design for feedback and approval.

Once approved, I will get started on the instructions and pack the set, and then the remainder plus shipping will be due when the build is ready to ship. Please let me know if you have any questions.
