This is a 50% deposit only for a custom build of the US Treasury Building. The build will be on a base of approximately 8” x 12” and will include the full building plus specific exterior details. The quote amount includes the build design, PDF instructions, and two (2) sets packed with bricks unassembled in numbered bags with a printed cover page. Deliverable for deposit:

• Images of build design for feedback and approval.
